It is with much regret that we have to inform you that after ten years in business the people who we foolishly trusted to look after the business there in the UK took it upon themselves to try and steal the entire business from us and lock us out of our servers. We have been working hard every since then to sort out the mess that they have left behind and be assured that we will continue to supply you with our ethos brand products.

Following numerous complaints, and our following investigations, we discovered that the people who we had trusted to run Ethos were substituting sub-standard, lower priced, products and ingredients and supplying them to people passing them off as the real macoy.

As far as we can ascertain, this has been happening since the end of December 2009. Therefore we cannot be held liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by people using these products as we do not know exactly what are in them.

For example, we always use only the very highest and purest quality L-Carnosine. Less expensive L-Carnosine is readily available but it is only about 98% pure as it is 'cracked' with other dipeptides which really are NOT good for you at all and can do you more harm than good! Also, not all L-Carnosine is created equal and not all have the unique cellular rejuvenating properties that our one does - others are 'inert' and do NOT rejuvenate cells.

Some customers have paid top dollar for our unique Bright Eyes Eye Drops for cataracts and have actually received the much less expensive and ineffective CAN-C product!

All we can do now is to sincerely apologise for our lack of judgement choosing people to look after Ethos if you have fallen foul of these greedy people who don't care about sacrificing quality in favour of more profitability.

If you purchased any Ethos product in the last 4 months then we strongly suggest that you get a full refund. Simply contact your credit card company to cancel the transaction and they will refund you in full. Simply tell them that "The Goods Received Were Not As Advertised" and, under the 1974 consumer credit act, they have to refund you your money back in full.

We are now setting up new offices with new people who we can trust to supply you with only the very best products available on the planet under our Ethos Brand label. We have developed a new security system whereby each product label carries a unique barcode which is also a telephone number and by calling that number you will get through to the new Ethos support centre. So, from now on, until notified to the contrary, genuine ethos products will be postmarked either Bridgewater for UK products and Minsk in Belarus for the Medical Products - orders shipped from any other location are not genuine, we cannot guarantee their contents and should be returned and charged back as detailed above.

Be sure to only order from our official ethos websites as they are continuing to try and off load these substandard products to our poor unsuspecting customers and they are currently under investigation by Trading Standards for committing this and other offences.

We apologise profusely for this terrible situation and assure you that normal service will be resumed again as soon as physically possible.
